How to book
Register your name and contact details to access the 'live' online advanced booking system.
You can use the calendar to help you book in advance.
1. Before the start of a new term (Jan/April/Sept) an ‘early bird’ full term booking option is made available at a reduced class rate (£12.00 group classes £15.00 teamTRX).
This guarantees your place in class every week.
IMPORTANT: WHEN BOOKING A 'FULL TERM' ONLINE, PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOURSELF INTO EVERY WEEK OF CLASSES MANUALLY
2. Thereafter, all booking can be made online as a ‘drop in’ option.
(£14.00 group classes, £17.00 team TRX).
You are free to book as many of these classes from across the timetable to suit your lifestyle.
3. ALL CLASSES must be used up THAT TERM and cannot be refunded or carried over.
If you don’t use it, you lose it!
Going on holiday? Dentist appointment?
Early cancel from your class schedule (24 hour notice required) and your unused class will be saved to you online class account to use at another time.
You can use these saved classes across the timetable to the same value.

Half terms and holidays
Our timetable of classes work to school term dates, however, some classes will be available over the half term & longer holidays – please view the weekly schedule online for up to date information.
What do I need to bring to class?
Yoga & Pilates:
You are most welcome to use the studio mats, however, for hygiene purposes, it is essential you bring a fitted 'sticky dot' yoga towel to cover the mat. Anyone who arrives in class without a yoga towel will be offered one to purchase from the studio supply.
An easy solution is to bring your own lovely mat which you can happily sweat all over week after week!
Always bring a bottle of water.
All other classes:
Clean indoor trainers, small towel, water.
Please add your telephone number to your profile details in case of a last minute class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance, your canceled class will automatically be returned to your online class account.
