WHO

This class format is accessible for ALL fitness levels and can be modified to your personal ability.

WHAT

A high intensity circuit workout set in the private woods alongside the studio. A variety of kit is used i.e. tractor tyre, battleropes, sandbags, slam balls, TRX etc. creating strength and cardio stations to work at on rotation.

WHY

Designed to improve physical stamina, strength, balance and flexibility.

WEAR

Comfortable sportswear that is easy to move in and supportive outdoor footwear.

  • Please arrive 10 mins before the start of class as the door is bolted on time. We don’t do ‘LATE’!

  • All classes purchased will expire at the end of each term.
