Are you looking to burn fat and get fit fast? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the class for you. Everyone is welcome to join this 45 minute session which can be adapted for all fitness levels whether fit or out of condition. This class delivers RESULTS!

WHAT

Moving around the studio, this circuit based class uses a variety of different exercises and resistance equipment to train upper, lower body and core, working through each exercise on a ratio of 40 seconds work: 20 seconds rest. Participants are encouraged to work to their maximum personal ability.

WEAR

Leggings, shorts, support bra (women only) and tops, clean indoor trainers, bottle of water & hand towel.

  • Please arrive 10 mins before the start of class as the door is bolted on time. We don’t do ‘LATE’!
