If you are looking to burn fat and get fit fast, HIIT training is for you! High Intensity Interval Training can be safely adapted to suit all fitness levels, whether fit or out of condition.

WHAT

Exercises are designed to train upper body, lower body and core, working through each exercise on a ratio of 40 seconds work: 20 seconds rest. Participants are encouraged to work to their maximum personal ability and recover between sets.
