This 8 week course has been designed for students with little or no experience of yoga.


Learn some of the fundamental yoga poses alongside other beginners, concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your body.


The yoga practice builds week by week, providing a solid foundation of poses and inspiring you to confidently continue yoga and enjoy the health benefits it brings. 


Leggings, shorts, support bra (women only) and tops, yoga towel, bottle of water & hand towel. In the interest of hygiene, please bring your own mat or ‘sticky dot’ yoga towel to fit the studio mats.

Young or old, fit or out of shape, flexible or not, Pilates can benefit everyone. This 7 week introductory course will focus on breathing and alignment to wake up your dormant muscles and reactivate your core.


Pilates consists of slow and controlled movement with minimal impact on joints. This is naturally ideal for those who cannot (or do not want to) take part in high-impact sports and exercises yet would like to develop a healthier, more mobile body.


Pilates can help to strengthen underdeveloped muscles and improve poor posture, back health and whole body function. Over time and with consistent practice, Pilates can reduce the risk of injury, develop a leaner physique and improve overall flexibility.


Leggings, shorts, sports bra, Tshirt, vest top, Pilates socks for grip if you fancy!
