Martyn has been a qualified trainer for nearly 10 years, training people mainly predominantly for bodybuilding. Over the last couple of years he has moved into the realm of combat sports & self defence, learning the IDF system of Krav Maga as well Muay Thai and more recently Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He believes that exercise should be fun and exciting not boring and mundane so he makes sure that his one to one coaching and classes are as fun as possible.
