Rachel practised her 1st Hot Yoga class in 2010 and was hooked immediately, giving up her busy job in construction to become a full time yoga instructor. After graduating from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in November 2012 she’s never looked back. Yoga has enhanced so many aspects of her life, not only physically improving strength and flexibility but mentally improving focus and concentration. Hot yoga has helped change her lifestyle bringing balance back into her life.
She loves to turn up the heat enabling you to work deeper and benefit from detoxifying your body by sweating, working your whole body. Rachel has a great enthusiasm for Hot yoga and loves watching people heal old injuries, improve posture, lose weight, tone up, and achieve better balance and focus.
