How To Book

Register your name and contact details to access the ‘live’ online advanced booking system. You can use the calendar to help you book in advance. Download the ‘Melissa Scott TBT’ App to your phone!

Booking via website

Instructions to access STRENGTH
1. Click on Timetable
2. Click on Strength
3. Click on Login / Register
4. Enter in your email address and password and click on SUBMIT
5. Buy your Bundle
6. Start making bookings
 
Instructions to access CALM for the first time
1. Click on Timetable
2. Click on Calm
3. Click on Login / Register
4. Click on Register on the right side of the pop up below “Create Account.”
5. Enter in your First and Last Name, the same email address you already have on file with Melissa Scott, your phone number, password, accept the terms and conditions.
6. Click on Submit
7. Buy your Bundle
8. Start making bookings 
N.B. For all other times accessing CALM, after clicking Login / Register, you will be able to just enter your email address and password as before.
 

Booking via mobile

1. Update the mobile app Melissa Scott TBT to version 8.2.6 (always make sure it’s up to date).
2. When you open the app, you will see Strength or Calm. If you want to access Strength, type in and then click Strength. If you want to access Calm, type in and then click Calm.
3. If you access Strength, all you need to do is log in as normal.
4. If you are accessing Calm, and you have never accessed Calm before, either through the website or mobile app, then press the Register button on the bottom right. Enter all your details, but make sure to use the same email address you’ve been using in your account with Melissa Scott TBT.
5. If you are accessing Calm and you have already registered via the website or mobile app, then just login as per usual.
 
Switching from Strength to Calm or Calm to Strength
1. First you must log out of your current site.
2. To do this, click on the profile icon on the top left of your screen, scroll to the bottom, and click “Log Out.”
3. Type in and then click Strength or Calm, whichever one you want to access.
4. Log in as per usual.

Bundles

Click the ‘bundles’ option to buy discounted bundles of 15 class credits. Please ensure you book into your classes and use up all credits before the end of term.

Classes

Want to buy a ‘drop in’?! Click on any class from the ‘live’ weekly schedule to buy a ‘drop in’. You are free to book as many of these classes from across the timetable to suit your lifestyle. Group class £14 / TRX £17

Personal Training

Private 60 minute session with Melissa – £70

** PLEASE READ **

  • BUY A BUNDLE – Enjoy 15 class credits at a discounted rate: £150 group class (£10/class) or £225 TRX (£15/class).
  • All credits MUST be used up by the END OF EACH TERM.
  • BUNDLE booking is released at a reduced class rate before the start of a new term (Jan/April/Sept) and you will be notified via Melissa’s newsletter when the new term booking is available.
    This guarantees your place in the same class every week, however, please ensure you have registered yourself into every week of classes manually. When booking via the App Melissa Scott TBT, you will only be able to book the first 6 weeks, so it is recommended you book via the web portal which will allow you to book into class until the end of the term. We are currently working towards developing a ’start’ and ‘end’ date to auto book you into the whole term, because booking every class in every week is TEDIOUS! Please bear with…
  • DROP IN bookings are made available on the first day of the new term. This option offers you the flexibility to take any class you fancy, at any time.
  • Our timetable of classes work to school term dates.
  • ALL CLASSES must be used up THAT TERM and cannot be refunded or carried over.
    If you don’t use it, you lose it!
  • 24 hours notice required when cancelling classes. When cancelling with notice, the class credit will be returned to your account to use again that term. Please ensure you cancel to make the space available to someone on the waitlist!
