How To Book

Register your name and contact details to access the ‘live’ online advanced booking system. You can use the calendar to help you book in advance. Download the ‘Melissa Scott TBT’ App to your phone for speedy booking!

Full Term

Click the ‘membership’ tab and select an option to sign up and pay for the new full term. Please ensure you have registered yourself into every week of classes manually.

Classes

Click the ‘Book Classes’ tab and select a class to book a ‘drop in’ session. You are free to book as many of these classes from across the timetable to suit your lifestyle.

Courses & Workshops

Click the courses tab and select a course to sign up for the full course duration.

PLEASE READ

  • Our timetable of classes work to school term dates.
  • EARLY CANCEL…If you cancel WITHIN 24 hours, the class credit will be used and the space will automatically become available to someone on the waitlist. That someone will be so grateful!
  • FULL TERM…(£10 group class or £15 TRX). We recommend you book via the App Melissa Scott TBT for speedy booking. Full Term booking is released at a reduced class rate before the start of a new term (Jan/April/Sept). This guarantees your place in the same class every week, however, please ensure you have registered yourself into every week of classes manually. When booking via the App Melissa Scott TBT, you will only be able to book the first 6 weeks, so it is recommended you book via the web portal which will allow you to book into class until the end of the term. We are currently working towards developing a ’start’ and ‘end’ date to auto book you into the whole term, because booking every class in every week is TEDIOUS! Please bear with…
  • DROP IN bookings are made available on the first day of the new term. This option offers you the flexibility to take any class you fancy, at any time.
  • ALL CLASSES must be used up THAT TERM and cannot be refunded or carried over.
    If you don’t use it, you lose it!
  • HALF TERM and HOLIDAYS: These are released as additional classes to the full term and are booked separately as ‘holiday drop ins’ £14/class.
