Hi there and welcome!

Movement and fitness has been the foundation of my life, and a rewarding path I have chosen to help encourage and motivate others towards improved physical and mental well-being.

In my formative years, ballet and swimming ingrained a physical discipline and love of movement, whilst running gave me a sense of freedom and headspace. It was the emerging 90’s aerobics scene which completely hooked me into ‘group exercise’. I loved the spirit, music and vibration from moving together and feeling so healthy and energised – this was my happy place and the career path I chose.

Throughout my 30 year (and counting) career as a fitness professional, I have had the pleasure of teaching classes, crowds and individuals, expanding my education to be the best trainer possible for you. I have specialised in bodyweight training and dedicated the past 10 years to becoming a leading coach in the world of TRX suspension training classes. As a TRX Advanced coach, I represent TRX UK and I’m also a proud Ambassador to British based sportswear brand Sweaty Betty.

I now offer an extensive On Demand library of 300+ safe and effective workouts for all abilities – convenient, time-efficient and rewarding!

My teaching style is fun yet disciplined with a strong focus on sound technique to keep you safe and the workouts effective. Commitment to showing up is a powerful and positive step and I am here to support and encourage you along the way. The TBT fitness community is so welcoming and friendly, where everyone is valued and encouraged to stay strong and supple in our regular training sessions.
